  1. Even if it was carrying POWs Russia is still responsible for their deaths.!! It's their duty to keep them safe & to stick to agreed upon transportation methods & routes... This is a very active warzone & of course the Ukrainians are going to shoot aircraft down.. The Russians KNOW THIS.!!
