  1. ⁠ @delta_glider4362 the elites need to change. Those who were at war are more aggressive, fast, want and get changes, they move the country to the better. We need rapid patriotic change. We need new blood and younger politics. Putin first introduced the “young technocrats” in 2017-2018 (who are now governors of different oblasts), his next move is officers who participated in the war.
