For me, buying a used high end Samsung smartwatch for monitoring my sleep is more than worth the money I spent it on. I didn't realize this was a feature and had initially regretted buying my smartwatch. Only buying one to check it out and try to understand why so many people have one. (seems to be mostly for notifications, which to me seems like a terrible reason to have one)
