  1. lol, I'm poor and living in America for 3 decades with very basic health problems and I've never really had any medical care, despite having very expensive insurance. A doctor literally asked why I have health insurance if they don't do anything. No effort made to provide any type of care beyond wanting to charge thousands of dollars to give me a boot for a broken foot when I could by the same boot on amazon for $20. Healthcare in America is a total scam and those who stay in healthcare or are involved in the laws of healthcare in America are the biggest predatory scumbags.
