  1. Lack of supply means that demand drives up prices, then ambitious folk jump in to make houses and get good money from their labour. Supply is restored and demand is satiated. That's how an economy works. Supply and demand. Supply down demand up therefore price up. Not inflation but a signal to money earners that there is opportunity here..🇦🇺🍀​ @deriznohappehquite
