  1. The Swedes have a good contemporary example to look into, regarding the unfettered acceptance of migrants. Sweden has the highest murder rate in Europe and has reversed policies. Germany and others are doing similar course adjustments. If you want cheap trained labour, best to mix up the intakes widely so that heterogeneity is maintained. They are refugees from disastrous economies. 🇦🇺❤️✅
