  1. What are you saying here is that nuclear weapons are no threat. Well that is completely and utterly ridiculous. Putin has offered to use nuclear weapons if a line in the sand gets overstepped. Russia probably was never a threat to the United states, but it is definitely a threat to all surrounding countries unless it is thoroughly disarmed for it does not take any notice of signed agreements and international treaties.
