  1. Metabolic disease, through a heavy on carb, seed oils and sugars has over the last 40 years made sure that a worldwide wave of diabetes II, is cresting along with type I. The answer may be partly sars cov 2 related but is certainly diet related and included is fatty liver disease. Getting to a healthy, non inflammatory, home made diet is imo the way forward. Diabetes II is only chronic if left untreated by diet change and some lifestyle change. "Foodable not druggable"
