  1. Canada, like its copy Australia both have the same single payer health care system. The school education system, hospital system and all policing systems are run by government monopoly. This means all are bureaucrats, run by bureaucracies. No competition, no incentive to do more than the basic, which isn't much. This highly monopolised, top down setup has almost total control over workers and those getting 'services'. It is a recipe for disaster and the entire covid response was a working model of that catastrophic mode. Plenty of disincentive to not do any more than the least able worker. Once a state wide bureaucratic order or power has been made, it is not rescinded or taken down. 'Expert' control devolves to bureaucrats wnd humanity and the ability to admit 59 mistakes is lost Be warned folks, it'll happen again. 🕯️🇦🇺🙏
