Yes Physician John, the real tsunami of illness is metabolic disease and its promise of diabetes, cancer and dementia, for 100s of millions globally, and you are no doubt well aware of that disaster. Covid was merely an opener. Bill Gates is heavily vested in all sorts of quasi medical ventures. I think he is messianic and sincerely wants to Save the World. He probably thinks that his money gets him to the head of the queue. There are a lot more SJWs out there though with far more energy but just as silly ideas.
