  1. This is normal military bio research. Only the US can afford the facilities and train staff up to biolab 4 levels. No selling off of sick animals here. This is normal research. Climate change is normal since life began. Human conflict is normal. What is not normal is that folk have so little historical or situational awareness. Do you really think any of this is new? Atomic bomb research was normal too.
