Hospital might be a centre of treatment but by that very fact, They are centres for infection and if you look at all the infection that goes around in hospitals from multiply resistant organisms to everything else, let alone very very highly contagious COVID Omicron BA5 then don't go near hospitals. This is the big danger of centralised medicine and with something so transmissible as b05 and the other inevitable variants, community treatment at home is clearly the way to go.
