Thanks John, yes dire situation for those countries relying on undeveloped economies. The only long term way to address such poverty is allowing strong economies, through an honest civil service and politicians, and an economic landscape which promotes growth and prosperity, by allowing free access to markets and free access to raw materials and the labour force. This is the only reason any countries have a good health system. Looking for 'global' leadership is imo sounding like a dangerous approach, which has had dire consequences in so many situations. If CCP China had been a free country, there would have been a far far quicker and more effective response. But it isn't so there wasn't.
