So essentially all that money that would have gone to Western workers in their factories, making appliances and common goods, What went to China where a small fraction was paid to workers making appliances in their factories and the rest went to middle and upper echelons who re-exported that money back to the West to elevate the price of real estate all across America and in Australia and New Zealand and Canada.
