@LeisRealTalk maybe just run the titles past a native english speaker. Your English is very good, but title cards are important too, as they set the tone of your excellent talk. Wonderful Lei! The banks will fail as the bad debts are overwhelming. The real value of these assets is declining. Shonky lending practices combined with corrupt builders have produced an inevitable avalanche of distrust. CCP China runs on envy, resentment, violence and hatred. Business relies on trust and reciprocation, can the two modes co-exist? No. We in the West, especially Japan have given great assistance to CCP China, now this is thrown in our faces. We no longer trust CCP China.
