  1. EVs are an environmental disaster. Battery replacement occurs at 80Kkm lasting about the same as phone battery. $25K for battery. EVs are a throwaway item. They can only succeed by taxpayer subsidy.

  2. Quite right! EVs are a throwaway item like a washing machine and last as many recharges as your phone battery. At 5 years they are economic write-offs due to oxidation of electronics.
