None of their submarines work very little of their armed forces is ready for anything except eating stollen and they are being increasingly reticent about giving arms to the Ukraine, which if it doesn't defend itself, the war will come to Germany, plain and simple. The Russians are threatening a hybrid war on Germany disrupting undersea cables. They've already disrupted gas pipelines which Germany built and other disruptions are planned and being announced.
