  1. Why and how can it be that public servants are writing stories and being involved in showbiz without any decent competition or earnings? Conflict of interest? Yup. Wartime institution? Yup Centrally planned? Yup BBC skews the media market to such and extent that the 'competition' is paltry. Point to note. The speaker for the BBC, referring to 'climate deniers' is so used to his bias that the derogation and implicit denial of other climate viewpoints, isn't even an issue for him, nor is he aware of it.
