Many thanks Tony, The social dams are fracturing in a communist setting, a very dangerous situation for all the Chinese folk. Your continued unbiased and sympathetic reporting is a rare and courageous compliment to your integrity. Well done Tony. ππ¦πΊπ―οΈ

The markets are fueled by fear and greed. No shortage of gamblers, easy to gamble with other's money and a must in a world of declining demand. I keep my money where it's safe. Many thanks Tony, Quality is rare, that's why it's called quality. π―οΈπ¦πΊπ

Dedicated work again Tony. China is a contemporary showcase for how good totalitarianism really is. Any Ponzi scheme seems ok, as long as folks buy it. Wishing you patience and good health mate. ππ¦πΊπ―οΈ

Thanks Tony, Australia, with CCP china as its major resources buyer, will certainly also be hard hit, as they have not only invested their superannunation funds in communism but derive almost all their undiversified income frome CCP largesse. What goes around...etc Many of us, hear you on our phones. π³πΏππ¦πΊ

Goldman Sachs at last conceding reality. CCP must never concede realities' strength and relevance. Thanks Tony ππ»π¦πΊππ»

The balloon is a cheaped off satellite.

Jinpin.."Poot I'm returning those 1B weapons we bought, they're no good" Poot..."Yep, you get a return when you hand over all the illegal copies" Jinpin.."C'mon man,... don't kick us when we're down, we're not Tibetans" Poot.."Have some of this Novachock... you'll feel better" Jinpin "Have a whiff of this Omicron"

Second largest economy was always in doubt and now maybe 5th. The deal was always... "We'll turn a blind eye to your inhumanity and slave wages, you just keep producing cheap and nasty copies for our greedy corporations to flog." Thanks Tony ππ¦πΊππ»

Investing in CCP China is as moral as investing in Auschwitz camps. Why would anyone invest in a rogue nation which routinely, fatally harvests teenage minority organs for profit. Why would anyone invest in a nation which over the last 70 years has invaded neighbouring nations, killed 65 million of its own citizens and has no rule of law. Why would folk invest in a country which turns on its allies and benefactors with threats and caustic propaganda as soon as it gains financial footholds?

Many, many thanks Tony. You are sounding all good again. Trusting the year will see your interests bloom and blossom. ππ¦πΊπ―οΈ

China's 'history' is very recent due to maoist purges. The Chinese consumer is very very cautious as the Chinese folk have never known anything but narcissistic and harsh social repression, except for the brief flourishing under colonial foreigners, in non rural regions. Feudal serfdom is the usual Chinese characteristic and the long, long suffering folk subsequently retract expectations, wants and meagre expenditures. Marx's derogatory term 'capitalism' is in China and elsewhere really a 'free marketeering' and is the goose that lays the golden egg. Regimes world over are showing their hatred for freedom of choice/optionality, NOT just communism. We are seeing this retraction everywhere for similar fearful reasons. π¦πΊπ―οΈ

About time banks! Making blood money from forced/coerced chinese labour is not a look banks can endure. ππ¦πΊπ

Many thanks Tony, Great job. ππ¦πΊπ―οΈ

And down it comes...entropy. π¦πΊβ π³πΏπ

Thanks Tony, We all know nothing is for free. You work hard, we either contribute financially or add to the growing subs numbers, allowing you reputation/kudos and possible remunerations from powers that be. We trust that you also get intrinsic rewards and a great sense of satisfaction from this work. Many thanks. π¦πΊπ ππ¦πΊπ PS Communists see talk as weakness.
5
When totalitarians get close.... it's not friendship. π¦πΊ PS Former PM Rudd is very CCP friendly. Australians have a strong socialist idiocracy along with no shortage of socialist true believers and SJWs in high positions.
5
Many thanks Tony. Great job... CCP reaps what it sows. ππ¦πΊπ―οΈ
5
Thanks mate. Good work. Stay well. ππ¦πΊπ―οΈ

Even worse is that they do not ever own these properties. ππ»π¦πΊππ»
5
Thanks Tony, π³πΏππ¦πΊ PS The 'big mistake' PTE chief made, was not tuning in to 'China Update's' steady stream of info.
5
Excellent work Tony. Many thanks ππ¦πΊβ
5
Good work Tony ππ¦πΊ PS Australia will do very badly from China's decline, as it relies almost totally on China for its income by selling value not added raw materials like Bauxite etc.
5
No more pneumo-panic please Tony. Let them deal with the consequences of their dictstorship. π¦πΊππ»
5
Have a decent, deep and delightful rest and recuperation Tony. Thanks for your good work here. π¦πΊβ π³πΏ PS Clearly the advanced chips are sorely needed to underpin both the regime's internal vigilance and changed nuclear missile challenge vis a vis π³πΏπΊπΈπ¦πΊ and πππ
5
Many thanks Tony. Keeping us up to date. Stay well mate ππ¦πΊπ―οΈ
5
Decline is what happens when your propaganda outstrips your wildest dreams. Worldwide we welcome a post communist world that is humane, sensible and sustainable. ππ»π¦πΊπ Thanks Tony.
5
Thanks Tony. Your consistent accurate work pays off. By your reporting staying rule based, the authorities are reluctant to shut you down, even though you're right under their noses. π¦πΊβοΈπ

Congratulation Tony. We, the poor, appreciate your efforts and know it's not free but reliant on your dedicated efforts. Thank you ππ¦πΊπ PS The saddest fact is that Chinese folks never do 'buy' their home, but a 70 year lease.
4
There is no politeness amongst bullies.
4
Thanks Tony, Great job, Stay well mate. π―οΈπ¦πΊπ PS You are over the target and the flac is heavy, but your armour is strong.
4
Good work Tony ππ»π¦πΊπ

What is bad for China and corporations is usually good for the folk and planet. Bring it on Tony. Thanks for a great year. πππ¦πΊπ―οΈπ

Wonderful work Tony ππ¦πΊβ

It's about time. Getting money back out of communist China though is like squeezing liberty out of a dictator. China's data streams were always polluted with floating mats of BS. Threats from autocrats are always on tap, along with boasts of power, prestige and colourful parades. Worldwide humanity welcomes a post communist era free of radical leftist theatrics and histrionics. ππ¦πΊππ»
4
A CCP charm offensive is like a good rubdown with sandpaper. You will be worse off.
4
Thanks Tonyπ¦πΊππ³πΏ
4
Thanks Tony. Stay well mate. π―οΈπ¦πΊπ Ps The greatest challenge of our times is not the pseudoscience slogans of climate change but having economies that can provide healthy meaning and proliferation to our people. Climate change chatter/ policies are a quick route to the abyss of destitution.
4
China's 'sinofication' expert is trying hard to be decent. China's Wuflu response.. "We didn't even get sick unlike the weak US who sacrificed minority lives and harvested their organs to survive." Thanks Tony Excellent and valuable report. π―οΈπ¦πΊπ

Communist countries are divisive and the traditional world is communism's avowed enemy and nemesis. Good work Tony. ππ¦πΊπ―οΈ
4
Don't be ashamed! Would you be ashamed that Auschwitz was liberated? See the truth mate?
4
Thanks Tony Doing a great job. Stay well mate. ππ¦πΊπ―οΈ

That's the way Tony, you're right, far too much going on. You're right, you're sounding on the mend. Gotta do what you do, that's professional and many thanks for your invaluable intelligence data.

Β @brmnycΒ Everyone bows to 'chinese wisdom' aka money.

Thanks, Tony. Communist China does not run a capitalist system except in the same way that it runs a people's nation. Capitalism is grounded upon private property, the individual and their savings and risk. This doesn't happen in any way in communist China. There are no bankruptcies and the state ultimately owns all the people, all the land and all the assets, so it's not capitalistic at all. It is a bureaucratic state like the other communist states. Everything is a declaration. A command economy declares what things will be and so it ends up being just words. The high speed rail sounds like it'll be connecting some very important silent cities with other very important silent cities, transporting large numbers of silent people and making extraordinary silent profits for an essentially silent nation, with a noisy regime.

Decoupling will ramp up once China's energy bills triple.
4
Many thanks Tony, keep up your health. ππ¦πΊπ―οΈ
4
Many thanks Tony π¦πΊπβ PS Australian regional centres would be well placed and advised to urgently manufacture hi tech defence equipment, rocketry, electronics and Japanese style F35 battle carriers. Wake up Australia!
