Whether it's mediaeval warming or the mini ice age or the 1940s cooling, great flux is normal. We are now in the middle of a pause in between two ice ages called the Holocene. Thus has it always been folks, and we nevertheless thrive! 'Storm' in communist China translates to 'tantrum' by a tyrant. CCP China is thankfully in decline due to corruption, atrocities and deadly inhumanity. 'Muscular' in a communist regime means 'squirming'. Soon CCP China will be a squeaking, squawking tussle as post communist China emerges, freer, more honest and humbler.
