Those with Metabolic Syndrome will get all sorts of inflammatory responses as they enter cytokinic storm territory. This is what really hurts them. There are more Chinese percentage wise, with metabolic syndrome and this includes diabetes and pre diabetes, than in the USA. Covid killed 500K in the US because they had metabolic syndrome, a co-morbidity. Cutting starches and sugars as energy and eating healthy fats, yes, saturated fats will switch your energy source away from being insulin dependent. Insulin is a massively powerful growth hormone and high blood levels are a sure fire precursor to all cancers. Don't believe me.... get educated... and not by pre 2020 papers. 🙏🇦🇺🕯️
