Thanks Tony. "Liquidity problems" is a communist euphemism for wholesale graft and offshoring of funds. The CCP Politburo, over 2,900 members, is on record as have on average 500 million each carefully tucked away in just Swiss bank accounts....no liquidity problems there. The Swiss have publicly assured these funds' owners, that in the case of Taiwanese war sanctions, the funds will not be available. Thus greatly lessening the chances of a Taiwan invasion, any time soon. It's telling that CCP China talks for Sri Lanka/Ceylon as a sovereign country, yet insists Taiwan is not sovereign.
