  1. The communists have given their economy a tough year. Unlikely that a Lenninist notion of a free market, which is like a sailing boat with a tiny rudder and no ballast, could do well in a choppy sea, without a tailwind. Free markets are not the forte of communists. Xi knows that as a second rate dictator, struggling to understand a world culture based on humane and reciprocal neighbourly behaviour, he is out of his depth. The Bali staged photos display cardboard smiles and stilted exchanges. Xi's dressing down of Trudeau was comic relief, a socialist and a commie clashing heavily, Xi expecting Trudeau to kneel to the Emperor. Thanks Tony, 🕯️🇦🇺🙏
