  2. In fact, there's no hope for the Chinese economy and there never was. The reason that the Chinese were able to have an economy at all was because of offshoring by Western countries, which was a well-intentioned but disastrous program for Western workers. The program of the Chinese government to dump onto Western markets is grossly inefficient as are all their other programs including the housing program. How can a command economy ever be efficient? We have numerous histories of how badly they go. The only way forward for China is to dump its communist government and get right on board with the World Market and hope that world demand picks up. World demand will not pick up though because there are simply not enough people around anymore. Within 10 years We are seeing a dramatic and dire loss of population on the planet and this will happen very very quickly. There're simply are not enough consumers anymore to float a gigantic boat full of holes like commie China. Where there is population as in Africa or India, the way that the colonial powers have been thrown out of there and the subsequent widespread corruption has produced such extraordinary inequality that there will be very little domestic demand unless free markets are allowed again to go in there.
