@WanderingKakapo LOL ! ... and in the meantime the Russians are reaping BILLIONS selling OTHER COUNTRIES ... since OIL is a "fungible commodity' and it is SOLD at Global Prices -regardless what the Media Propaganda tells you ... (there is no long-term 'capping' possible, as long as the World needs reliable supply of oil, which it seems is still needed for few more decades at minimum ! )
