MORONS WILL MORONS ! 🙂 ( the ONLY reason for dropping of sales frequency is because the 30-yr residential loans are up to 7% from 4% before !! ) ergo ipso - PRICES are now LOWER ! .. and will CONTINUE go DOWN ( until the 30 year mortgage will drop to 4%/5% ... and that may NOT happen for another DECADE or TWO ! 😞)
