Bill Browder was one of the OLIGARCHS who were ripping off Russia of the State Assets ( during Yeltzyn Era in 1990's ) ! After 1999 the Putin's Oligarch have "stolen" those Russians Assets BACK from the Jewish/American Oligarchs, who stole them in 1990's ... LOL ! and so Browder is just spewing "SchadeFreunde' perspective - since he is wanted in Russia on CHARGES OF TAX EVATIONS ETC ETC ... while operating himself and his investment companies from the Tax Havens, Cayman Is and Gurnsey, with his shady partners ... NOT PAYING TAXES ANYWHERE ! 🙂 ... and so it goes :-)
