  3. so I guess TEXAS grid got better without any Govermnet Regulations ... 🙂 i.e. ENGINEERS can figure out their System BETTER than some BUREACRATIC Regulators ... LOL ! Funny that Zeihan would make 1000 ft v 1,000 meter gaffe ... he is generally so very precise when it comes to science and technology ( not so much the 'politics' :-) ) !
