GenX-ers have to now STEP UP ( scary, since they have not had much influence in economy) ... but GenX have NOT contributed much either, too many 'intellectuals' among that cohort , now that Boomers are 'disappearing, there is NOT enough 'normal' workers in the economy ( it will be good for GenZ (BUT only if they will get "skills" - electricians, plumbers, technicians, etc - NO INTELLECTUALS NEEDED ! 🙂- so the Millenials 'intellectuals' are screwed .... NO JOBS FOR THEM !)
