  1. French Foreign Legion has been ( legally ) acting on behalf of French State ... for at least since WWII - ... and so Wagner Group has been also used by the Russian State ! ( nothing new in these national 'conflicts' ... ) SO WHY THE OUTRAGE !? ( Even the recent UKRaine incursion into Kurks seems to be mostly by 'non-regulars ... 🙂- so go figure ! )
