  2. saving $600 MILLION ( re: useless DEI ) is a GOOD START ! ... next STEP is to CLOSE THAT BOONDOGGLE ( U.S. Dept. of Education ) - and SEND the FUNDS directly to the STATES ! ( where there can be used much more efficiently ... and CA or NY states can keep their DEI insanity, if they want to ... :-) )
