  12. What he would supposed to do "overseas"? Knowing Alexey, he is a quite political geek, deeply commited to Russia and its domestic social life, always was so ironic about life of emigree. So, his job, his hobby all left in Russia, And, eventually, he never ever fled the country: he just felt bad and fainted, occasionally, while in Siberia`s trip, and got conciousness in Germany, somehow, So, for him it looked pretty obvious what to do, especially when he starts listen about how "this restless patient finally took a decision and emigrated, leaving us alone" from putin, Was matter of principals too.
