I live near DC and the latency for internet is so low its getting reported as zero sometimes. Withs speeds as fast as i can pay for. that is mostly just because we are near major original trunk lines of the internet. Im pretty sure we are about to have other problems seeing as our courts have decided that our president has immunity from anything. what could go wrong.
