  2. I also like the carbon steel dexter knives. Carbon steel knives are so easy to sharpen.

  3. I have these Zwilling JA Henckels knives and the blades are good but the rivets corrode and split the plastic. I like wood handled ones better They have lasted much longer. I think it might be the brass rivits.

  5. I dont trust knives that wont rust. I think i like the global knives.
