  2. Yea there needs to be a higher pay floor so that the companies don’t take advantage of the foreign employees . The companies have unfair leverage that allows them to pay less and make them work extra long hours.

  3. Right now the minimum pay for these workers deemed exceptional is 60k. If you are a “exeptional” software engineer or aerospace engineer we should not be talking about 60k.
