  1. When I used to be involved in projects at a major media company I noticed that the more budget you had the less free you where to do what you want. Once you have budget you have a committee of people second guessing every decision.

  4. When I watched Mandalorian it was ok but I felt like I was watching one of my friends play a video game. Andor showed me that a starwars series can actually be good without making qualifications.

  5. They lost me way before with the ice dragon which i hated. (you cant melt an ice wall with ice fire) Also hated when Stannis sacrificed his only daughter. (in the book stannis only cares about his family legacy he is only doing this so his daughter can inherit the throne) Then i hated everything after that this part included.

  6. after the force awakens I thought they were going to do something really cool with fins character then in the last Jedi they completely put him at the kids table. I was super disappointed.

  7. I have done wildlife documentary shooting on and under the ocean. I cant even imagine shooting a Hollywood style movie with sets on the open ocean. The Ocean is spectacular at breaking things. Just salt water alone without the weather ruins everything. Even dumb things like tripods. One time I did this 15 day project and i brought 3 hand held “waterproof” GPS. By the last day I had zero working gps and was trying to use my cell phone in a ziplock bag to figure out where the hell i was.

  8. this re-write would have made it so much better. I dont think the last Jedi could be fixed. Also the rise of Skywalker is pretty much hopeless.

  9. I agree the Luke back story was insulting garbage. I think the writers did really hate the original movies.

  10. the prometheus plot was complete garbage I was super disappointed. they had good actors and a ton of money and still blew it. why the hell were they wandering around without helmets. nothing made any sense at all.

  13. you know what pays almost nothing… Nature documentaries. Unfortunately nobody pays to watch nature documentaries so it’s not likely to change anytime soon. I worked on a bunch over the last 20 years. Its always dangerous unpredictable and understaffed. I guess it was pretty fun when it wasn’t harrowing.

  14. I know lots of people loved the mandelorian but it reminded me of being a little kid watching some one else play Nintendo. (I did not have a Nintendo)

  16. the over all plot of the prequels was good but the dialog was terrible. Also they spent too much time on digital effects and should have done more takes with the actors. with the sequels the overall plot and story and characters arcs were rubbish but the dialog was ok.

  19. yea none of that movie made any sense at all. The long OJ chase made no sense. Also why did anyone have to pilot that ship that hyperspace jumped into the imperial ship don’t they have auto pilot. Also Luke Skywalker died from what some pretending to be a ghost too hard? thats the lamest ending i could have imagined. My daughter who is 10 has written better stories and she does not even like to write.

  20. Im tired of superheroes and powers. Also Im tired of sequels and remakes. pick a new book and adapt it or write something new.
