  3. the checks and balances were always weak and depended on the executive branch enforcing the laws made by the house and senate. Trump controls all the enforcement.

  4. they did but they fired people or put them on leave until some one let them in. they also threatened to use the US Marshals which trump can do because his AG pam will let him do whatever he wants.

  5. They did try to stop them at USAID the security officers were fired and now a trump appointed judge say he is going to investigate them.
