  2. I would be interested to see if the flexible undersea cable that is required is durable enough. A stationary submersible cable is one thing but a moving flex high voltage cable might not hold up.

  3.  @tktspeed1433 the waste is more radioactive than when it was mined because it was refined concentrated and enriched.
