  1.  @linuxguy1199 you dont make them pack trucks forever. Engineers need to know low level things like that. Otherwise they will not come up with improvements later. Having your engineers build some character is a good idea.

  3. McMaster website has been fast for ages. They also personally draw all the parts they sell which is thousands. Also most of their stuff is domestically sourced.
