  1. Stockton Rush was so arrogant. It is definitely gross negligence. My job is designing deep ocean equipment. When we do human rated equipment we test it for significantly deeper than its rated depth many times. I bet this sub was on the hairy edge of failure at the titanic every time. It would be like renting people un-inspected faulty dive regulators. Then lying about it.
