  1. If there was one Mexican president I would shake their hand then those presidents would be Porfirio Diaz and Benito Juarez. The rest would get either a punch or a slap.

  2. Porfirio Diaz was to Mexico what Alexander Ioan Cuza was to Romania...except the latter actually did land reforms and got deposed by the upper classes parties in power (the reverse of Diaz)...which he also left in exile. Both good dictators.
