  2. The tank at 3:30 is not improvised though. There are multiple photos of T-72's, ZSU-23-4 and BTR-70 covered in same fashhion, sometimes even parked together. Whomever is producing that antiHEAT cage is doing it in a small series run at least. So I guess it's a government modification actually, probably iraque one.
