South Korea. Because there is a key feature - preventing them from escaping to tax heavens. And there is a history lesson connected to that country aka the law introduced by one president in the past that helped South Korea prosper while making him the most hated person in the country, but somehow not being nulled or revoked by ANY of the next presidents.

@MrPabgon I'm not sure if it was used before, but there is technically a way to ratify a law for whole EU at the same time if I recall right. Not sure if it'll work though.

@MrPabgon Sorry, it was my mistake. You talked about comparing EU country by country, but I've though that you've talked on the same topic as my previous comment before that ie introducing laws against tax evasion and transfer of capital to tax havens.

@richardpkable he's probably american, let it slide. It's easier then trying to explaing to him that their states ie de facto federal lands and our states ie countries aren't the same.

@MrPabgon well, as practice had shown, trying to copy a system that was developed for different society with different culture, history, neighbours, local groups, climate, geography, economy and so on is not an ideal idea... which is funny with how most modern laws are based on prussian system if I recall right.

@RedBeardDog that's about tax money escaping FROM EU, not TO it. Neither of these laws will help USA:D

@naa5972 sorry, I've missed your comment. I've read it in an article many years ago so I'm not sure of details. What's worse is that later on I've tried to figure which one it was, but got lost. If you'd be able to help with clearing up the situation, it would be welcome. My understanding of situation is limited, sorry.
