  1. Black Flag has Freedom Cry DLC for that. If they wanted, they can just expand Freedom Cry to addon size, that's all. Or they can do the opposite side of Rogue...

  2.  @slicedtonix3989  you're listing things that would require a lot of work. My bet on it being a lazy upscaled Black Flag akin to San Andreas "remasters". Think about it - why do they start immediately from Black Flag, eh?
