Explain to me why around 60% of americans don't vote, but 100% of americans whine about elections? Even when 33% abstain, you already can't get a majority vote with 50/50 split.

Especially "average age of greatest civilizations is 200 years" meanwhile the largest continuous civilization is pushing past 7000 years going through regimes and names nonstop.
