The sad part about HIMARS and ATACMS effectiveness is that... Neptune had it. Ukraine had this capability. They knew that version for attacking ground targets would be needed. But once again there was de facto no budget allocated towards pursuing that as a priority. Even as tens of thousands of people were rotated through frontlines in 2014-2021. So instead of NLAW/Javelin/Stuhna situation where there are several modern capable systems in close niches covering each others weak points and saturating capability in general, there was nothing... imagine if Ukraine had several dozens launchers and several hundred missiles in past few months before things got bogged down? And it's not just corrupted oligarchs or prorussian vs reformers or Zelensky's vs Poroshenko's fault. It all of those at certain parts with hundreds more factors on top. But mainly inability to take early wake up call seriously. And not just for Ukraine...

@sztypettto the tone and nature of the question dictates the ones for the answer. Don't ask fantasy questions if you don't like getting joke answers \/(-_-)\/ But it's nice to see you have a degree of self critique in knowing exactly where such questions belong;)

1)remove themselves from Ukraine; 2)line up all military high command, all members of Duma, majority of Edinaya Rossiya members, all oligarchs and Putin and get them all shot for 30 years of continuos treason; 3)rebuild the country with working economy and law; 4)invent time machine; 5)go to -2022- -2014- -2008- ... -1830- 1825 and start fixing Russia when it mattered the most.
