  1. NLAW is PTRS, Javelin is german conical 28/20 gun-rifle, Stugna-P is 2 pounder. Each has its own subniche.

  2. They will have higher chances to sell to other NATO members, but would (maybe) lose customers like China... to whom they weren't selling anyway(unlike France). The real gain is in ability to get into joint development projects and get a cut of that US military budget pie.
