In relation to actual refugees hardly any country in EU had done more purely out of care for their neighbours. The people Lukashenko imported from Syria are NOT refugees, they're people whom Russia claims live in safety and prosperity under russian backed regime.

  2. Given that they started firing devs in a first month of launch when game was only climbing in numbers and desperately needed extra hands to fix all the issues? That's a murder with an intent. Ubisoft pulled the plug back on launch and nobody knows why.

  8. The Ubisoft was horrible though. The game had very shaky launch, but got to 3 million downloads faster then any Ubisoft game ever. Their response? They started "downsizing" ie firing devs during that time already instead of allowing them to fix the game. Ubisoft killed it on launch. On purpose. By their own choice.

  15. Spiders? Game dev team infamous for concentrating all their effort on the first location ie what journalists and reviewers will see? Was a fan of those guys during War Logs, Technomancer and Bound By Flame because I foolishly believed that they just need a bigger budget to make a great game. Greedfall and Steel Rising are AAA games, but Spiders didn't change. No, screw them.

  16. There's 120k 6 figure salary and then there's 450k 6 figure salary. Only one allows to lose 300+ million in 8 years at 160 people peak. And there's no way they got paid so much as the dev that called customers "talentless freaks" had admitted that for many(including them) it was the first AAA project. So the team was already made up by "cheapos". I suspect NFT or some other scam involvement.

  18. Moral of the story - don't work for Sony. I don't recall anybody saying Concord was buggy or unfinished, just that it was unnecessary and that 40$ on top had killed it. We've seen them try to kill Helldivers 2 with PSN and then remove Ghost of Tsushima from Steam for majority of the world alongside Helldivers as petty revenge. Best of all to devs, but not to Sony and upper management.

  19. What is this bs title? 343 didn't ruin Halo, Microsoft did. By demanding sequels after 3 and Reach. They wanted to milk Halo forever. However Halo was IP about ONE war and ONE soldier. Every new novel and comic made it less consistent. And then when Microsoft demanded more, 343 just followed the order as it's made to do. From what I heard nobody argued that 343 was bad at developing gameplay. However they were forced to milk a cow that died at peace from old age 🤣

  26.  @wolontong  on the other hand it made Skyrim boring. Yes, most enemies should be balanced to the player, BUT there still should be areas where player is not welcomed yet(albeit should be able to beat if they're skilled enough so you need to avoid bullet sponges) AND enemies that become trash and run away from player or otherwise the feeling of progress and achievement is lost if all new guns have the same TTK as previous ones just because enemies leveled up too.
