  2.  @wolontong  on the other hand it made Skyrim boring. Yes, most enemies should be balanced to the player, BUT there still should be areas where player is not welcomed yet(albeit should be able to beat if they're skilled enough so you need to avoid bullet sponges) AND enemies that become trash and run away from player or otherwise the feeling of progress and achievement is lost if all new guns have the same TTK as previous ones just because enemies leveled up too.
