  1. Yep, without armor and weapons it will probably shine once again. IF they don't duck it up for some other reason like always. Though one can make an argument about pressing "lightened" JailTV into same roles as it'll standardize the production and will have more mass reserve?

  3. Because ideally any army needs something that has capabilities of MRAP, cross road capability of Humvee BEFORE it was overburdened with armor and amphibious and NBC protection capabilities of BRDM-2. Before they overload it with new equipment and tasks to ruin it yet again.
